Registration Fee & Security Deposit
Candidates must pay the registration fee and applicable security deposit before the deadline of 19 August 2026, 5:00 PM.

Choice Filling — Step-by-Step Guide
Choice filling is the most critical step. Analyse all available options carefully before locking — once locked, choices cannot be changed.
Visit www.tnmedicalselection.org and complete online registration from 13 August 2026 (12:00 PM). Keep NEET 2026 scorecard and personal documents ready.
Complete the fee payment before 19 August 2026, 5:00 PM. Government Quota: ₹500 + applicable deposit. Management Quota: ₹1,000 + ₹1,00,000 refundable deposit.
Study the seat matrix carefully. Consider your rank, preferred specialty, college location, fees, and college reputation before building your preference list.
Add colleges and courses in order of preference. You can edit choices any number of times before locking. Lock before 19 August 2026, 5:00 PM. Auto-lock applies if you miss the deadline.
Result is published on 21 August 2026. Download your Provisional Allotment Order between 22–28 August 2026 (up to 12:00 PM).
Report to your allotted college between 23–28 August 2026 (by 5:00 PM) with all original certificates and scanned copies for verification. Missing this deadline may cancel your admission.
