Changes based on your Permanent and Present Address on file.
Identity Details
Available only for candidates who registered with an identity document other than Aadhaar.
One-Time Only
Once corrections are submitted, your form will be frozen permanently. Double-check every field before clicking submit. There is no second chance.
Additional Fee May Apply
If your corrections affect the fee category (e.g., category change), you will be charged the additional amount. Excess fee payments are non-refundable.

Make all corrections only at neet.nta.nic.in. Beware of third-party websites. Always use the NTA official portal directly.
