How to Complete Registration for NEET Exam 2025?

Information about the NEET registration form will be disclosed in the notification of NTA for NEET UG 2025. However, once the registration process starts, here is a step-by-step guide to registering for NEET UG 2025.

1. Visit the official website: https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/

2. Click on the registration form link given on the homepage

3. Click on New Registration

4. Enter your basic details such as, name, mobile number, and email address etc., and click on submit button.

5. Enter the received OTP & get registered.

6. Once registered, login using your application number and password.

7. Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.

8. Save, submit, and pay the fees.

9. Download the application form for future reference.

Documents Required for NEET UG Registration 2025

Prior to registration for NEET Exam 2025, it is essential for all applicants to ensure they possess the required documents, both in digital (soft copy) and physical (hard copy) formats. These documents will be necessary for the verification of your candidature, and you should subsequently upload them on the official portal.

NEET Application Form 2025: How to Fill Form?

To get started with the NEET application process, use the application number and password generated by the system to log in. It’s crucial to make sure that the information you enter in the application form matches the details on your Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/University Certificate.

After confirming your personal details, proceed to provide your address and academic information. Here are the candidate details you need to furnish:

Please select the preferred language for your question paper, specify your examination city, furnish information regarding your educational qualifications, and upload the required documents and images. Upload scanned copies of the candidate’s recent passport-size photograph, postcard-size photograph, signature, as well as their right and left thumb impressions.

If applicable, please provide the following documents:

Proof of citizenship
Category and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) certificate, if applicable
Acceptable identification documents for candidates falling into different categories.

NEET UG 2025 Application Fee

Follow the below steps to make the payment for the examination:

You can pay the fees online using methods such as debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI. Please note that in addition to the examination fee, processing charges and GST will be applicable.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation page for your application form will be generated.
Make sure to download and save this confirmation page for future reference.
It’s important to provide a valid phone number, email address, and postal address with the PIN code during the application process. After submitting the application form, you will receive a NEET registration number. Make sure to record and keep this registration number for future reference and use.

Important Instructions and Guidelines

Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) – 2025 in “Online” mode only through the website – https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

2. Submission of the Online Application Form may be done by accessing the NTA website. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

3. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

4. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

5. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

6. All candidates are required to upload address proof (Present and permanent address) during the online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2025. The address proof may include an AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card, etc. Both documents (if applicable) are to be merged and uploaded in a single PDF file. If the Present and Permanent addresses are the same, then the same document will suffice.
