NEET Exam Date 2022: NEET Exam Schedule, Important Date for NEET UG 2022

NEET Exam 2022 Important Dates you should mark in your calendar:

NEET Application form: The application forms for NEET are to be released in April 2022. The last date to fill out the NEET Application form is 15 May 2022 after which no applications will be accepted.
NEET Correction Window: The correction window for NEET 2022 will open after the closing of registration forms. The same will be intimated on the official NTA Website.
NEET Admit Card: The hall ticket for NEET will be released by NTA soon. The same will be intimated later on the official NTA website. Once the admit card is released, candidates will be able to download the same after logging into their accounts.
NEET Exam Date: NEET 2022 is to be held on July 17, 2022.
NEET Answer Key: Every year, NTA releases a provisional answer key. This will be continued by the release of the final answer key which is generally released along with the result.
NEET Result: NTA will send the NEET Result/scorecard almost a month after the exam. For the past few years, the scorecards are shared with aspirants on their email and are also released on the official NEET website. Students can check the NEET results along with the cut-off on the official website.

NEET 2022 Counselling

Based on the rank of NEET, the Directorate General of Health Services on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is responsible for conducting NEET Counselling 2022 for admission to 15% AIQ & several other deemed universities. The counselling of NEET 2022 for 85% state quota seats and all other seats in private colleges is done by respective state counselling authorities. Here is a list of the type of NEET counselling that are conducted:

15% All India Quota

Counselling for seats under 15% of All India Quota will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in the online mode. Seats in government medical colleges, central universities will be filled under 15% All India Quota.

85% State quota NEET Counselling

Counselling for seats under 85% state quota for each state will be conducted by the respective state authority for admission to respective state medical colleges. The schedule for 85% state quota counselling will be released by the state authorities on the official website.

Deemed University Counselling

The admission to 100% MBBS/BDS seats in the deemed universities will be done by MCC through centralized NEET 2022 counselling. There is no segregation of 15% and 85% seats for deemed universities.
