1. Mandatory Application Details

- Full Name: (As per Class 10 Cert)
- Date of Birth: DD/MM/YYYY
- Gender: Male/Female/Third Gender
- Nationality: Indian/OCI/Foreign
- Category: Gen/OBC/SC/ST/EWS
- Aadhaar Number: Or Valid Govt ID
Academic Details
- Class 10 Cert: (Proof of DOB)
- Class 12 Status: Passed/Appearing
- School Board: Recognized Board Name
- Passing Year: (2026 for Appearing)
- School Name: Full address of school
Contact Info
- Permanent Address: As per ID
- Correspondence: Current mailing address
- Mobile Number: Valid for OTP
- Email ID: Active for all alerts
2. Visual Upload Guidelines
Uploaded photographs must be taken after 1 January 2025. Background must be plain white.

3. Additional Required Documents
- Citizenship Certificate: For OCI / Foreign Nationals

✅ Submission Checklist
- Keep 6-10 identical copies of the photo.
- Verify Name spelling with Class 10 certificate.
- Ensure the signature is clear and not smudged.
- Keep the confirmation page PDF safe.
⚠️ Common Rejections
- Uploading selfies or social media photos.
- Using Blue Ink for Signature (Use Black).
- Mismatch between Aadhaar and Certificate DOB.
- Waiting for the final date to upload files.
