JEE Advanced 2022 Exam Dates Rescheduled
After the postponement of the JEE Main sessions, now the country’s most prestigious engineering entrance exam JEE-Advanced has also been rescheduled. The exam will be conducted by IIT Bombay.
IIT Bombay has announced the new date for JEE Advanced 2022. The NTA recently announced the postponement of JEE Main sessions from April and May to June and July respectively.
JEE Advanced to be conducted on 28 August instead of 3 July
JEE Advanced was earlier proposed on July 3 which now will be conducted on Sunday, August 28. Amit Ahuja, career counseling expert of Allen Career Institute said that the JEE Main exam Session-1 will be conducted between 20 to 29 June and JEE Main Exam Session-2 will be conducted between 21 to 30 July. “Due to the rescheduling of the JEE Main Exam Session dates, the rescheduling of the JEE Advanced 2022 Exam was obvious”, he said.
In such a situation, it was natural to postpone the JEE Advanced exam, which was earlier proposed on July 3, and the updated information bulletin of JEE-Advanced-2022 has been issued now.
Key Dates about JEE Advanced 2022
EE-Advanced will take place between 7 August to 11 August. The last date for submission of fees will be 12 August. The time for selection of scribes for differently-abled students will be till 27 August. After this, the admit cards will be issued on August 23 at 10 am, which can be downloaded till August 28. The exam will be held on Sunday 28 August in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift exam will be held from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
After this, the candidate’s response sheet will be made available on the website of JEE-Advanced on September 1. The online display of the provisional answer key will take place on September 3. On September 3 and 4, candidates will be able to raise their objections on the provisional answer key. The final answer key will be released on September 11. The result will be released on September 11.
Ahuja said that JEE Main result and All India rank will be declared by August 7.
JEE Advanced 2022 Exam will be held in 209 cities of the country
The JEE-Advanced exam will be conducted this year in 209 cities of the country. In Rajasthan, examination centers will be set up in 8 cities including Kota. This year also, till now no center has been announced for conducting JEE-Advanced abroad.
