Students applying for NEET (UG) 2026 must keep all required documents ready before starting the online application process. Missing or incorrect documents may lead to application rejection or disqualification.
Registration Documents (Online Application)
1. Passport-Size Photograph
- Recent colour photo (White/light background)
- Face clearly visible (No cap/goggles)
2. Postcard-Size Photograph
- Size as prescribed by NTA (4"x6")
- Clear background, without accessories
3. Signature
- Candidate's signature in black ink
4. 10 Fingers Impression
- Blue ink, clear and readable impression

5. Aadhaar Card / ID Proof
Aadhaar is strongly advised.
PAN Card
Passport
Voter ID
Academic Documents
6. Class 10 Certificate
Used for Date of Birth verification.
7. Class 12 Mark Sheet
Must include Physics, Chemistry & Biology. (During counselling).
Category & Nationality
8. Category Certificate
SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS in prescribed Govt format.
9. PwD Certificate
Issued by designated medical authority.
