NEET 2024 Documents Required for Online Application – The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the registrations for the NEET UG 2024 exam. Documents Required for NEET 2024

1. The Essentials: • Two Active Mobile Numbers ( 1st Primary 2nd For Emergency ) • Two Active Email Ids ( 1st Primary 2nd For Emergency )

• Passport-size photograph: Recent, clear, and with 80% face visibility. Don’t forget to remove those hats and sunglasses! – JPEG format

• Postcard-size photograph: Same rules as passport size, but in postcard format. – JPEG format • Signature: Scan your signature on clear white paper for a crisp upload. – JPEG format

• Thumb impressions: Left and right thumbs impressions from both hands. – JPEG format – JPEG format

• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates: Make sure you have scanned copies of both. 12th Mark Sheet Required for repeaters. – PDF format

2. Additional Documents (optional but important):

•Category certificate: Category: General, General-EWS, SC, ST & OBC-NCL are available in the drop-down list under the Category option. No Caste Certificate is to be uploaded in the Online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2024, necessary document (s) related to Caste / Community will be verified at the Counselling by concerned Central/State Counselling Authority.

• Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) certificate: If you claim PwBD reservation, submit the prescribed medical certificate.

• Citizenship certificate: For NRI/OCI/Foreign citizen candidates, a valid citizenship certificate is necessary.

• Address proof: Two separate documents for your current and permanent address (Aadhaar card ( Advisable ), voter ID, passport, etc.).
