Refund Policy – 

At Jupiter Academy Chennai, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching for competitive exams like JEE Main exam, NEET exam, and Board exam. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.


1. Registration & Admission Fee

  • The registration/admission fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • This fee confirms the student’s seat and enrollment in the course.


2. Course Fee Refund Eligibility

Before Course Commencement

  • If a student cancels admission before the batch starts, a partial refund may be provided.

  • Processing charges will be deducted from the total fee.


After Course Commencement

  • Once classes have started, no refund will be issued.

  • This includes:

    • Attended classes

    • Study materials issued

    • Access to tests or online portals


3. Study Materials & Resources

  • Cost of books, printed materials, and digital resources is non-refundable.

  • Materials once issued cannot be returned.


4. Hostel & Accommodation Fees

  • Hostel fees (if applicable) follow a separate refund policy:

    • Before occupancy: Partial refund may be applicable

    • After occupancy: No refund


5. Medical / Exceptional Cases

  • Refund requests due to serious medical conditions or unavoidable circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Valid supporting documents are required.

  • Final decision rests with Jupiter Academy management.


6. Batch Transfer / Course Change

  • Students may request batch transfer or course change, subject to availability.

  • Fee adjustments will be handled internally.

  • No refund will be issued for such changes.


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 45 working days or Custom Date provided by the Academy.

  • Refund will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.


8. Cancellation by Jupiter Academy

  • In rare cases where a course is cancelled by Jupiter Academy:

    • Students will be offered an alternative batch, or

    • A full refund will be provided


9. Code of Conduct

  • No refund will be provided if a student is removed due to:

    • Misconduct

    • Violation of academy rules

    • Indiscipline
