⚠️ Important Admission Update
For AY 2026–2027 onwards: SSN College of Engineering (SSNCE) is not accepting new admissions due to its progressive academic merger with Shiv Nadar University Chennai (SNUC).
- ❌ No Direct SSNCE Admissions (TNEA discontinued)
- ✅ Engineering is now under SSN School of Engineering @ SNU Chennai
- ✅ Selection: Entrance Exam (SNUCEE) + Personal Interview
Key Changes for 2026-27
New Selection Process
- SNUCEE Exam: Mandatory for all UG aspirants.
- JEE Main Route: 90+ percentile candidates may skip the test and go to interview.
- Private Status: SNU Chennai follows private university norms (Higher flexibility).
Current SSN Students
- No Change: Students admitted up to 2025-26 are not affected.
- Degree: Will continue to receive Anna University degrees.
- Continuity: Same curriculum and fee structure until graduation.
